We'll continue to be there for our customers online at My BT, via the My BT app and through our contact centres across the UK.
There will be a limit to the number of staff and customers allowed in store at one time. For now, please visit us on your own if you can.
We now have floor markings to help you and our colleagues safely observe social distancing.
If the store is too busy when you visit, we’ll book you an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you using our virtual queuing system.
We’ve installed protective screens between you and store team members. We’re providing optional face coverings and visors for our teams.
We’ve installed hand sanitiser stations and we’ll be cleaning stores more regularly, including displays.
All stores will take card payments only, so you won’t be able to pay with cash until it’s safe to do so.
