Our multi-brand approach gives our Customer Service Leadership Graduate Programme more potential and scale than ever before. Your rotations could take you to different contact centres, experiencing different brands. You could find yourself working with and managing a team in one of our key contact centres, where teams are working hard to keep our customers connected to their mobile or broadband services. Or you could be helping our customers make the most of our amazing products and services, working to put things right if they go wrong.

We need bright people behind the scenes too, so you could have rotations in our customer experience, operational performance or insights teams who work to make sure everything runs smoothly in the contact centres.As well as learning through your rotations you’ll have access to all the training you need and support from experienced line managers.

Entry requirements

A 2:1 or a 2:2 with a postgraduate qualification.

Starting salary
