Role profile

Our finance graduates interact with different areas of the business on each rotation to give them a broad experience. These rotations could see you working with different brands and teams.

It’s not just about Finance though. On the scheme you will have opportunities to develop, among other things, your stakeholder management, communication and commercial awareness skills. Our structured 2 year development plan will give you all the leadership skills you need to take your first career step.

We will support you to complete an industry recognised professional qualification and continuous professional development play a key part in building finance capability. Further, you will have access to tools of a world class Finance function, like the Finance Development Diagnostic provided by a leading external training consultancy (Kaplan). On completion you will get real insight into your own personal strengths and development areas.

Rotations, development and qualifications will give you a solid foundation for a career in Finance.



Entry requirements

The entry requirements for this scheme are 2:1, or 2:2 with a post graduate qualification. 

Starting salary
