Who we are

Here at BT Global Services, we’ve firmly established ourselves as a leader in managed networked IT services working across an exciting and diverse range of industries. Our people are nothing if not passionate about the work they do – and its important work at that. We give a helping hand to customers in need of guidance because, just like our staff, we want them to truly thrive and be able to work at their very best!

We’ve been rolling out our services to Asia Pacific since 1985, with Hong Kong as the regional headquarters, and have been operating in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for more than 30 years. These days we employ more than 5,000 people across 23 different offices – proudly serving more than 500 major customers in the region. Impressive stuff right?

Here are just some of the awards we were recognised with last year alone:

  • Recognized as a market leader by Gartner in it's Critical Capabilities for Asia Pacific Network Providers Report.
  • A leader in the IDC MarketScape: Asia Pacific Managed Security Services 2016 Vendor Assessment.
  • Rated 'Very Strong' in Current Analysis's Global Collaboration and Communications Product Assesment.
