Helping you stay connected
From lockdown learning, to tips on tech and support from our team, find out how we’re keeping you connected.
Coronavirus installation update
Most connections, upgrades, installations and repairs are still going ahead as normal, but engineer visits might be cancelled or delayed if an engineer needs to enter your home.
Remember, many of our packages can be installed without an engineer. We’ll just post you a hub and you can set yourself up without a home visit.
We know home schooling can be difficult. That’s why we’ve started a new support scheme to help children learn online while schools are closed.
Free public wi-fi
We’re helping eligible pupils get online through over 5 million BT Wi-Fi hotspots. We’ll be offering wi-fi vouchers to schools and our charity partners, helping children stay in touch with their teachers.
We’re working with the Department of Education to offer eligible children unlimited mobile data for online learning. The scheme starts at the end of January and runs until July. Please ask your school for details.
