About call rounding and set-up fees

How call rounding works: We work out the total call charge using three steps; the length of each call is rounded up to the next minute. We then apply the call charges without VAT and round this up to the next whole penny. And finally, we apply VAT and round this up to the next whole penny

How call rounding works

We work out the total call charge using three steps:

  1. The length of each call is rounded up to the next minute

  3. And finally, we apply VAT and round this up to the next whole penny

Calls to service numbers (numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118) have different call rounding rules. Here's how calls to these numbers are charged >

What's a set-up fee?
