If this is your first time, you will need to download a one-off Live plug-in. The Live plug-in enables good video quality and ensures that your calls are secure. Don't worry, this is easy: just follow the instructions once you are connected to the Web Access page.

This service to BT is free from your own home, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Step 1: Click on the following SignVideo BSL Live link (opens in new window)

Step 2: Connect to a SignVideo interpreter and tell them you are calling BT

Step 3: You will then be connected to a BT advisor

If you have trouble connecting, please email help@signvideo.co.uk or call 020 8463 1120.
