You’ve added a product to your bill

You’re charged for a new service before you use it

We charge for services in advance, so you’ll pay a charge for the product for the following month.

Two charges for the same service

  • next month’s service (we charge for service in advance)
  • the current month’s usage for the time between your bill and the day you added the service

This charge is under each BT product in ‘Your regular charges’. Check where ‘Your regular charges’ are on BT bill
