The date your bill is produced - any calls, data, add-ons or purchase after this date will be charged on your next bill. It's not the day your payment is due.

You’re charged a month in advance.

You may see two charges if you have added a service or produced - the full product charge for the month ahead, and a pro-rated charge for the time in between your first day of the service and your first bill.

Shows your usage – for example calls you’ve made, data you’ve used, or films you’ve brought.

You’ll get charged £0 if that usage is included in your package allowance.
