Subscription TV channels come over your broadband connection instead of your TV aerial, so you must have a good working broadband connection.
To watch your subscribed channels, you need to use the BT Hub that we sent you. If you're not using the correct Hub you may see an error message. You'll need to use a Home Hub 3 or above.
You can check what type of BT Hub you have by checking the label on the back or bottom of the Hub. Or see: Help for BT Hubs >
Other routers or older Home Hubs aren't supported.
