Help with EE offers
Customers who have BT Broadband and an eligible EE mobile plan in their household may be eligible to link the accounts and get a monthly discount on the EE plan.
When will the monthly discount begin?
How long will the monthly discount last?
Will my discount end if I move home?
Can I link accounts?
If you’re a new BT or EE customer, we might have sent you a notification about linking accounts or talked to you about it by phone.
If we did, please find out whether you’re eligible by reading our terms and conditions.
How do I link accounts?
The BT Broadband account holder will need to link the two accounts.
They will need a BT ID and access to the EE mobile that’s being linked (we’ll text a validation code during linking). The BT Broadband account that’s being linked needs to be activated.
We’ll email instructions on how to link accounts.
When will the monthly discount begin?
Once the accounts have been linked, we’ll check everything is in order and then send a confirmation email. Then we’ll add the discount to the next EE bill.
How long will the monthly discount last?
The monthly discount will continue provided you stay on your current plans and they remain active and registered at your address. We will also end the linking and discount if the BT Broadband account or EE mobile number holder asks us to.
Will my discount end if I move home?
You should be able to keep your discount after moving, but both the BT Broadband and EE mobile accounts need to be registered at the same address.
You can manage your EE address by logging into MyEE or by calling 150 from your EE mobile. You can only change your BT Broadband address if you move.
What will linking accounts mean for my personal data?
Linking accounts means we'll keep a record of the linking in our systems, so we can keep giving you the monthly discount. Personal data may be shared between the linked BT and EE accounts (for example, if you cancel one of your accounts). For more information on data processing, please see our Privacy Policy.
