Just log into My BT, and go to Get offers. You’ll then be able to choose which console you want, and get a unique access code to order it.
Then, order your game console on the same device you used to get your unique access code. Or, if you need to use a different device, wait one hour before placing your order.
Sorry, we can only take orders online.
To change your order, give our Customer Service team a call on 0800 917 0510 (lines are open Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays).
If you want to cancel your order, go to your BT Shop account and select Order and Returns. You can only cancel if your order hasn't been processed yet.
You can refuse delivery, or return your order. We’ll fix it or send you a new one.
If your console stops working after you’ve started using it, it’s usually quickest to contact the manufacturer. Or you can contact us (see your order confirmation email for instructions).
No longer than 30 days.
First, go to My BT and let us know you’re returning the console. We’ll give you an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation) number, and an email with instructions on how to send back your console.
