What devices and operating systems does BT Cloud work with? And how many can I use it on?

BT Cloud works on different devices - computers, smartphones and tablets. So you can save your data from one device and then view, share and retrieve it from another.

BT Cloud works on different devices - computers, laptops, smartphones and tablets. So you can save your data from one device and then view, share and retrieve it from another.

There are currently no restrictions on the number of devices which can be added to your BT Cloud. This allows you to make the most of the ability to safely back up your files and folders and get access to them.

Currently we support the following devices and systems:

PCs with Windows

Operating systems

  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8
  • Windows 10

Apple Mac

  • OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)
  • 10.11 (El Capitan)
  • 10.12 (Sierra)

Android devices

  • Android 4.4 and above

iPhone and iPad (iOS operating system)

  • iOS 8 and above

 

 

 

BT Cloud on the web

Along with these platforms and operating systems, you can access most BT Cloud functionalities using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome on any device that can run these browsers (for example, a computer with the Linux operating system).
