I’ve forgotten my password or username for BT Sport (BT ID)

You chose a password when you created your BT ID. If you've forgotten it, we can help you reset it:

Be aware that once you've reset your password, you must click Done in the top left-hand corner to go back to the BT Sport App. If you don't, you'll end up logged into My BT instead.
