After ordering BT Sport, you can watch on your computer via our online player at btsport.com. If you want BT Sport on a mobile device like a phone or tablet, you’ll need to set up the BT Sport App >

You'll need a BT ID to watch online, as this will be the username and password you’ll use to log into the online player. Make sure you activate your BT ID in order to access it; look out for an email containing an activation link.

If you have more than one BT ID, please bear in mind that only the account holder’s BT ID can be used to log in to the BT Sport online player. If you don't have a BT ID yet, you can create one now. All you need is an email address and your account number, which you'll find at the top of your latest bill. If you haven't got a bill, we can send you your account number in the post.

If you see a message saying "This username already exists. Log in or choose another email address", it means that email address is already being used for a My BT account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it online using your username and answer to your security question. You'll then need to follow the instructions to choose paper-free billing.

You’ll need to be a BT Sport Pack customer to access all content on the online player. If you’re a BT Sport Lite customer, you won’t be able to access the BT Sport 2, BT Sport 3, BT Sport ESPN and BoxNation live channels, unless you upgrade to BT Sport Pack. This content is clearly labelled as being for BT Sport Pack customers only and a 'lock' icon will be displayed.
