Why am I told that my BT Sport log-in is incorrect?

Make sure you've typed your password correctly.

If you've only just placed an order, you may have created a BT ID at the same time. If you haven't completed the activation, your log-in details won't be recognised.

Please check for an email to complete the activation.

If you’re a mobile only BT Sport customer, you won’t have access to the BT Sport App on Apple TV, Playstation, Samsung TV or Xbox. EE customers will need access to the large screen add-on in order to watch on these devices.
