Why are some programmes blocked on the BT Sport App and online player?

We try to make as many programmes as possible available on the BT Sport App and online player.

However, from time to time, we're forced to block out programmes from the live channels on the app and online player because we don't have the rights to show them in this way. All of the games will still be available to watch on your TV if you've got BT Sport on your TV.

We can't provide On Demand catch up and highlights clips of certain events for the same reason. Please be assured that we are continuously working with sport rights holders to provide you with the best and most comprehensive service that we can.
