So you can get your bills in a few different formats:
Log into My BT. At the top of any page click the MyBT dropdown. Go to Your bills and usage > Your bill settings.
Click the Change how you receive your bill link.
Go to the Choose format section, and find options like Large Print, Braille and Audio CD.
