How can I renew my Line Rental Saver?
You can renew up to 27 days before your 12-month term ends, or any time after.
If you don't renew before the end of the 12-month term, you may see a charge for monthly line rental on your bill. But don't worry, once you renew Line Rental Saver, we'll refund any monthly rental payments you may have paid in advance, but not yet used. You can also make a one-off payment online or by calling 0800 44 33 11.
We'll carry on taking payments by Direct Debit ten working days after your bill date.
