You can renew up to 27 days before your 12-month term ends, or any time after.
If you don't renew before the end of the 12-month term, you may see a charge for monthly line rental on your bill. But don't worry; once you renew Line Rental Saver we'll refund any monthly rental payments you may have paid in advance, but not yet used. You can also make a one-off payment online or by calling 0800 44 33 11.
We'll carry on taking payments by Direct Debit ten working days after your bill date.
