How to log in to the BT TV App - Web

To start watching programmes on the BT TV App you need to log in using your BT ID username and password.

There are two ways to log in:

1. Click on the Log In button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then enter your BT ID username and password.

2. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see all the programmes that are available for you to watch. When you click on what you want to watch, you’ll need to log in again in the BT TV player app, which will automatically launch.

The website will remember your details, making it easy for you to log in during your next browser session.

If you can't remember your BT ID or password, you can request a reminder from the 'log in' screen. If you don't have a BT ID, you can access the BT ID set-up menu from the 'log in' screen too.
