This box is an older version of the BT TV Recordable Box G4.
The two are identical in what they can do. All the menus and features are exactly the same, but the most recent version of the box is smaller than this earlier version.

The BT TV Box Mini is our smallest box. It does most of the things that the BT TV Box Pro does, except that it does not have an aerial input and therefore requires an internet connection via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to watch Freeview content. The BT TV Box Mini is also a non-recordable device.
With a BT TV Box Mini you can:
- Pause and rewind live TV for up to 2 hours
- Watch Freeview channels, including HD
- Watch Sports, Kids, Movies, HD and Extra channels (subscription only)
