NOW TV is available to BT TV customers, giving you more viewing choice than ever, whether you like entertainment, movies or sport. If you are already a NOW TV customer it’s easy to transfer your subscription to us.
How to get started
In order to get NOW TV you need to be on one of our new broadband and BT TV packages, or you can add NOW TV Passes, which work as monthly rolling contracts. You can get NOW TV via BT.com, My BT or by calling our customer service team on 0800 800 150.
New to NOW TV?
Add NOW TV to your BT TV package through My BT or call 0800 800 150 to talk to one of our customer service advisors. We’ll ask you for the email address you want to use with NOW TV and send a request to NOW TV to create a new account.
There may be a slight delay before you can use the NOW TV app. Once it's set up you’ll be able to start watching via the TV Guide on your BT TV box by using the NOW TV app on your BT TV box and devices.
Existing NOW TV customer?
If you are already a NOW TV customer you’ll need to get in touch and give us the email address you use for NOW TV. You can do this by logging into My BT or calling our customer service team.
You’ll be sent an email with a one-time passcode, which we will use to validate your account. The advisor will then talk you through what you can order with BT, which will appear on your BT TV bill. Any passes you don’t bring over to us, will end on the next renewal date.
Existing NOW TV passes
Some customers may have already paid for a NOW TV Pass that has time remaining on it. If the pass you have paid for is also included in your new BT TV package, NOW TV will give you a refund to the next renewal date.
The payment will be refunded automatically using the same method you originally used to pay for the pass, so you don’t need to call NOW TV to ask for your money back. Refunds can take up to 28-days. We will bill you from the date your BT TV promotion starts.
If you want to keep a pre-paid NOW TV Pass, you can bring it with you when you join BT TV and it will be added automatically to your package. NOW TV will give you a refund and you will billed from the date your BT TV promotion starts.
Alternatively, if you don’t want to bring your NOW TV Pass to BT you won’t be able to access any content when the pass expires.
