The Champions League is back! 

Every single game in the 2022/23 competition, from the group stage to the final, will be exclusively live on BT Sport.

Celtic are the first British side to kick off their campaign at home as they welcome 14-time winners and current holders Real Madrid to Glasgow. 

Los Blancos were seemingly down and out on several occasions during their latest triumph, but produced stirring comebacks against Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester City to reach the final, where they defeated Liverpool 1-0 thanks to Vinicius Junior. 

Carlo Ancelotti's men also won LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup last season and have made a strong start to this campaign, winning their first four games against Almeria, Celta Vigo, Espanyol and Real Betis (although they are yet to keep a clean sheet). 

They face a Celtic side who have made a sensational start to the defence of their Scottish Premiership crown, scoring 25 and conceding only one in their first six games. One of these perfect records has to end - which will it be?

Celtic (4-3-3): Hart; Juranovic, Carter-Vickers, Jenz, Taylor; O'Riley, McGregor, Hatate; Abada, Giakoumakis, Jota. 

Real Madrid (4-3-3): Courtois; Carvajal, Militao, Rudiger, Alaba; Modric, Tchouameni, Kroos; Rodrygo, Benzema, Vinicius. 

Celtic vs Real Madrid preview

Celtic have rarely been in better form heading into a clash with a European heavyweight. 

Ange Postecoglou's men warmed up for Tuesday's marquee clash with a thumping 4-0 Old Firm win as the in-form Liel Abada bagged a double, while Jota and David Turnbull also struck. 

The Glasgow outfit have won all seven matches they've played so far this season, scoring a jaw-dropping 29 and conceding just two in the process.

However, Postecoglou will be sweating on the fitness of both Kyogo Furuhashi and Carl Starfelt, who were forced off on Saturday. 

Defending champions Real Madrid beat Liverpool in last year's final to win their 14th Champions League and also have a 100% record this term as they head to Celtic Park with a fully-fit squad at their disposal. 

One source of hope though is the fact that Los Blancos have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their four LaLiga games this campaign.
