Beskitas 1-2 Ajax - Watch Replay
Ajax made it five wins from five in the Champions League with a come-from-behind victory over Besiktas at the Vodafone Arena.
The out-of-form Turkish side took a surprise lead from the penalty spot as ex-Leicester winger Rachid Ghezzal put the hosts ahead.
But two goals from Sebastien Haller, taking the West Ham forward's total to nine in five matches, saw Ajax emerge with a win as a seeded place in the last 16 beckons. Besiktas remain bottom with zero points.
Inter 2-0 Shakhtar - Watch replay
Two goals in six minutes from Edin Dzeko saw Inter past Shakhtar Donetsk at the San Siro as Simone Inzaghi's men all-but sealed a place in the last 16.
Inter dominated throughout but the Ukrainians held firm until Ivan Perisic appeared to make the breakthrough in the second half only for the goal to be chalked off for offside.
It was left to veteran striker Dzeko to do the business, sweeping home his first from the edge of the area before a close-range header six minutes later sealed the victory.
Liverpool 2-0 Porto - Watch Replay
Liverpool continued their march to the last 16 with a fifth win in five matches as they scored twice in the second half to down Porto.
Starting with a slightly weakened line-up, including 19-year-old Tyler Morton, Liverpool were under pressure in the first half from Porto but saw a goal disallowed for offside from Sadio Mane.
After the break they took charge though and scored a sumptious opener from the boot of Thiago before Mohamed Salah sealed the points with a well-taken finish.
Man City 2-1 PSG - Watch Replay
Manchester City came out on top and enacted revenge in the glamour tie of Matchday 5 as they downed Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 at the Etihad to seal top spot.
PSG, who were second best, took the lead against the run of play when Kylian Mbappe fired home five minutes into the second half.
But City stuck with it and hit back when Raheem Sterling stabbed home at the far post before Bernardo Silva's clever cut-back found Gabriel Jesus to score the winner.
Club Brugge 0-5 RB Leipzig - Watch Replay
RB Leipzig dished out a thrashing to Club Brugge to end the Belgian's slim hopes of making the Champions League knockout stages and get revenge for their defeat in Germany.
Christopher Nkunku and Emil Forsberg both netted braces while Andre Silva scored a sumptious header to hand out a hammering to Brugge.
The result means RB Leipzig leapfrog Club Brugge into third place in Group A heading into the final group game at home to Man City.
Sporting 3-1 Dortmund - Watch Replay
Sporting Lisbon advanced to the Champions League knockout stages after a huge win over Borussia Dortmund in the Portuguese capital.
Pedro Goncalves scored twice, and missed a penalty, while Pedro Porro also got on the scoresheet for Sporting. Dortmund replied late on via Donyell Malen but saw Emre Can dismissed for a straight red card.
The result eliminates Dortmund who will play in the Europa League for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
Sheriff 0-3 Real Madrid - Watch Replay
Sheriff's fairytale debut season in the Champions League came to an end after a 3-0 defeat to Real Madrid in Moldova.
The Spanish giants were 2-0 up at the interval through David Alaba and Toni Kroos goals while Karim Benzema netted a third 10 minutes into the second period.
The win means Real secure a spot in the knockout stages with their shock defeat at home to Sheriff the only time they've dropped points this campaign.
Atletico 0-1 AC Milan - Watch Replay
AC Milan's on-loan striker Junior Messias scored three minutes from time to inflict a damaging defeat on Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
The 30-year-old Brazilian's first goal for the club means Atletico now sit bottom of Group B heading into their clash against Porto.
It's all to play for in Matchday 6 though, with Porto just a point ahead of both Milan and Atletico in what promises to be a blockbuster final set of fixtures.
