Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers has urged his side to create history as they target a first ever European cup semi-final.
The Foxes return to Europa Conference League action this week in a winner-takes-all clash with Dutch giants PSV.
The two sides played out a cagey goalless draw in their quarter-final first leg at the King Power Stadium to leave the tie delicately poised ahead of Thursday's rematch.
Having beaten Chelsea to win the FA Cup for the first time in the club's history, Rodgers is hoping to tick off another milestone with success on the continent.
"To be the first to do anything is always nice," said Rodgers.
"We had that feeling with the FA Cup. We're a club unlike PSV, who've qualified for 48 European competitions on the trot. We're very inexperienced, but we'll grow by achieving.
"We're ready to grasp it. The first leg gives us great motivation you can do that. We'll fight and do everything we can to go through.
"We're used to playing in big games in our domestic league. We've just got to keep the mentality, the positivity, and try and score."
The Foxes warmed up for their last-eight clash with victory over FA Cup semi-finalists Crystal Palace on Sunday to take their unbeaten streak to four games in all competitions.
Leicester remain without the club's record goalscorer Jamie Vardy through injury but English duo James Maddison and Harvey Barnes have both stepped up in the striker's absence.
Jose Mourinho's Roma or Bodo/Glimt await in the semi-finals if they can progress past PSV, but Rodgers' men face an uphill task to reach the last four after drawing a blank in the first leg.
Last season’s Eredivisie runners-up are challenging Ajax again this season and advanced to the quarter-finals after a 4-0 thumping of Copenhagen in the second leg after a free-scoring 4-4 draw in the first leg in the Netherlands.
The club has is one of Holland's most decorated sides with 24 domestic titles one European Cup in 1988 and the UEFA Cup in 1978.
Leicester have faced PSV before, in a friendly in 1966 and won 3-1 with Derek Dougan and Mike Stringfellow among the goalscorers, but this 2022 PSV vintage will provide a stern test for Rodgers' current crop.
