A wide-open Group C comes to a climax as Leicester bid to make the Europa League knockout stages when they head to Naples.
The Foxes are top of the group but by just one point, with Spartak Moscow and Napoli level on seven points behind them and Legia Warsaw bottom on six points.
It means there is still plenty left to play for on Matchday 6, with lots of permutations to be worked out for all four sides.
The Foxes, who face a daunting test away at Napoli, will finish first if they win. If they lose and Legia's clash with Spartak ends with a winner, then Brendan Rodgers' side crash out.
Should Leicester draw at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, they'll advance too but can be knocked off top spot if Spartak win away in Warsaw meaning they'll enter the preliminary knockout round.
They cannot finish below third, so a Europa Conference place is guaranteed at the very least but given Leicester's pedigree they will feel it is scant consolation should they drop into Europe's third competition.
It will be a mightily difficult test of Leicester's resolve. Napoli were top of Serie A until a fortnight ago and still sit just two points off the summit after an outstanding start to the campaign under Luciano Spalletti.
Leicester, in contrast, are languishing in 11th place in the Premier League following Sunday's 2-1 loss away at Aston Villa and have picked up just one victory in six domestic matches.
In Europe they've fared better. They looked in real trouble when they found themselves two goals down to Spartak Moscow in Matchday 3, having collected just one point from their opening two games.
Yet Patson Daka's four-goal salvo saw Leicester claim a famous win and four points from Matchday 4 and 5 since means it's in The Foxes' hands heading into Thursday's tie.

As Rangers prepare to head to Lyon, in what looks the most difficult fixture of their Europa League group-stage campaign, the Scottish champions can relax knowing they are safely through to the preliminary knockout round.
A 2-0 win over Sparta Prague a fortnight ago - in Giovanni van Bronckhorst's first European match in charge - means Rangers extended their season.
But given Lyon's 100 percent record, there can be no toppling the Ligue 1 side and Rangers must take part in the preliminary round of qualifiers as one of eight group runners-up.
The bad news? Rangers opponents will be a third-placed team from the Champions League so it could be a tough task for the Glasgow giants.
Rangers, then under Steven Gerrard, were beaten 2-0 at Ibrox by Lyon on Matchday 1 back in mid-September in a result which slightly flattered the visitors.
Even with nothing much to play for, Van Bronckhorst is not likely to take this match too lightly as he prepares to build some momentum up for remainder of the domestic season.

Have you ever seen David Moyes as happy as he was at the London Stadium, punching the air in delight and embracing all those around him, on Saturday afternoon?
The normally reserved Scotsman couldn't contain his joy after Arthur Masuaku's intended cross somehow caught out Edouard Mendy and secured a 3-2 win over Chelsea in east London.
And rightfully so. West Ham just ended a two-match losing streak with a landmark victory to knock Chelsea off top spot and tighten their grip on fourth.
It's been good news all round for Hammers supporters this season at the London Stadium and West Ham's European campaign has been no different.
The Londoners have long since confirmed a place in the last 16 as a seeded side after four wins and one draw from five Group H clashes.
Given the fixture build-up awaiting West Ham in the coming weeks, Moyes may look at Thursday's home game against Dinamo Zagreb as an opportunity to rest some of his big stars like Declan Rice, Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen.
It means potential involvements for Andriy Yarmolenko and Mark Noble, who both played in the Matchday 5 win over Rapid Wien, with 17-year-old Sonny Perkins also appearing as a substitute.
Expect more fringe players and youngsters to get a look in on Thursday as West Ham look for a repeat display that saw them defeat Dinamo 2-0 in the Croatian capital back in September.

Celtic host Real Betis in Glasgow knowing that a place in the Europa Conference League preliminary knockout round has already been confirmed for them.
A 3-2 defeat away at group leaders Bayer Leverkusen confirmed Celtic crashed out of the Europa League and will have to take part in a two-legged tie against one of the Europa Conference League runners-up to advance to the last 16 of that competition.
It's a deflating end to Celtic's Europa League campaign and means what promised to be a glamorous tie against Real Betis in Matchday 6 is a dead-rubber match.
Ange Postecoglou's side are in fine form domestically at least with five wins from five ideal preparation as they head into Thursday night's clash at Celtic Park.
The dangerman for Celtic this campaign has been Japanese forward Kyogo Furuhashi, with 11 goals in 19 appearances in all competitions for the Scottish giants.
Should the 26-year-old feature on Thursday, he'll be looking to bow out of the Europa League with a bang against a Real Betis team who are assured of a place in the preliminary knockout rounds.
