It’s derby day at the London Stadium at the start of the month as David Moyes’ Hammers welcome title challengers Chelsea to town.
The Blues won both league meetings last season including a 1-0 away triumph for Thomas Tuchel’s men back in April, with Timo Werner scoring the winner.
The following week the champions are in action as Pep Guardiola’s side welcome Wolves to the Etihad in the first of three City games fans can enjoy across the month.
The champions are back in action just a few days later as part of a brilliant triple header on Tuesday 14 December, with rivals Manchester United taking on newly-promoted Brentford on the same night.

There are five more Matchday 17 fixtures to enjoy the following day with some crunch fixtures for clubs in need of points at both ends of the table.
With Brighton vs Wolves, Crystal Palace vs Southampton and Burnley vs Watford all getting underway at the same time, it’s time to fire up the BT Sport app.
Using your mobile or tablet you can second screen any of those fixtures to make sure you can keep across all the goals as they go in.
After that, Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea welcome former Blues manager Rafa Benitez back to Stamford Bridge as his Everton side go in search of a victory on the road.
And that’s not all, West Ham face another tricky London derby when they travel to the Emirates Stadium to take on Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
The Hammers finished above the Gunners for the first time since 1985-86 last season and picking up three points in north London would do their chances of securing another European adventure no harm at all.

Our midweek coverage concludes with two more huge matches on Thursday night, with Leicester hosting Tottenham and Newcastle making the trip to Anfield.
Harry Kane has scored 15 goals in just 12 Premier League appearances against the Foxes and the England captain would love to continue that record.
And later that evening Liverpool play host to the Magpies in a fixture that always evokes memories of those 1990s goalfests.
Those days of high-octane attacking football, embodied by Jurgen Klopp's side, may well be heading back to Newcastle in the not too distant future with the January transfer window opening just weeks after this clash.
