Few could wish for a more perfect main event to tee up UFC 253 next weekend as pantomime villain Colby Covington goes to war with long-time welterweight rival Tyron Woodley on Saturday night.

There is no love lost between the two men with Woodley promising to "let these hands go" and even suggesting he would take a points deduction to punch his rival in the crotch.

Covington comes into the bout off the back of his entertaining five-round war against 170lb champ Kamaru Usman in December and will be keen to pick up a quick win to rebound back into the championship picture.
