Islam Makhachev will face off against in-form veteran Bobby Green in a catchweight main event at UFC Fight Night 202 on Saturday night with the chance to extend his winning run to 10 fights as he seeks to bolster his claim for a 2022 title shot.

The Dagestani dangerman had been set to take on fellow top-ranked contender Beneil Dariush before the latter's injury forced his withdrawal from the contest.

Instead it will be Green in the opposite corner, fresh off the back of his dominant three-round win over Nasrat Haqparast less than two weeks ago at UFC 271.

Green's last two performances have arguably been the best of his UFC tenure - but he'll need to step it up once again to pull off a shock result against a man many are tipping as the lightweight king-in-waiting.

Will we see another stunning upset in the Octagon? Tune in to find out.
