The bantamweight rankings could be set for a shake-up on Saturday night as former title challenger Cory Sandhagen looks to protect his top five status from the surging Song Yadong.

Sandhagen, 14-4, is currently on a two-fight losing skid having come up short narrowly against TJ Dillashaw before stepping into a late notice interim title fight against Petr Yan last time out.

Song, meanwhile, is one of the form fighters in the promotion having lost only once in 10 UFC contests as he continues to build an impressive resume at the tender age of 24.

As well as that, there's a cracking co-main event in store as two middleweight monsters trade leather when Chidi Njokuanji faces Gregory Rodrigues in a battle of fan-friendly powerhouses.

And highly-rated prospect Joe Pyfer returns to the UFC APEX after securing a contract at the second time of asking from the Contender Series following a stunning knockout back in July.

He takes on veteran Alen Amedovski in another must-see middleweight contest during what promises to be a wicked night of entertainment from Las Vegas.
