Ronald McIntosh is an experienced sports journalist and broadcaster who works as a boxing reporter for BT Sport.

He is part of the BT Sport Fight Night Live team and can normally be seen interviewing fighters in the ring shortly after the conclusion of each bout.

Ronald's freelance work for BT Sport and BoxNation comes after 15 years spent at the BBC between 1997 and 2012.

While boxing remains his first love, he has also commentated on multiple Olympic Games, World and European Athletics Championships, basketball (including NBA) and tennis.

He was famously in the commentary box for the BBC during the John Isner v Nicolas Mahut clash at Wimbledon in 2010, which remains the longest match in tennis history.

In addition to his broadcasting career, Ronald is an award-winning TV producer.

He wrote, produced and directed the opening feature on the BBC's BAFTA-winning 2010 World Athletics Championships coverage.

His documentaries include 'Fighting for Fidel: the Cuban Boxing Miracle', 'The History of Jamaican Sprinting' and 'Muhammad Ali: a tribute'.
