In Spotlight: Helen McCrory’s most iconic movie and TV roles
Mar 29 | 3 min readThe Larkins: Who are the cast and characters in ITV's Darling Buds of May revival?
ITV's adaptation of HE Bates' Darling Buds of May books features many familiar faces. Here are the stars - and how you might recognise them.

The Larkins are back, with Bradley Walsh and Joanna Scanlan playing the loving, loyal, and just a bit mischevious Pop and Ma, parents to a brood of six and good friends to their neighbours in their village in the heart of the Kent countryside.
Walsh and Scanlan are undoubtedly the stars of the six-part series, but screenwriter Simon Nye has crafted an ecosystem of colourful characters around them, played by some very familiar faces.
