Based on the real Bellevue Hospital in New York City, the oldest public hospital in America, medical drama New Amsterdam season 2 has returned to Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

In a BT TV exclusive video, below, we sat down with Freema Agyeman (Dr Helen Sharpe), Janet Montgomery (Dr Lauren Bloom) and Ryan Eggold (Dr Max Goodwin) to find out how much medical knowledge they’ve picked up from filming the show.

For example, do they know their domino transplant procedures from their femoral arteries? What about the difference between an ED and an EMT?
