The start of spring means that it can’t be long before Britain’s Got Talent returns to ITV.

The award-winning variety show will be back for a 16th series in 2023, which promises more awe-inspiring and show-stopping acts hoping to win the hearts of the judges and the nation.

Ant and Dec and the judges will be hoping to find a star to match former contestants including Paul Potts, Diversity, Tokio Myers, Lost Voice Guy and Susan Boyle, who all famously began their careers on the ITV show.

The new series of Britain’s Got Talent will have its first change of lineup in 11 years.

After a decade on the show, David Walliams has stepped down and has been replaced by former Strictly Come Dancing star Bruno Tonioli.

The 2023 judges will be Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli.

Can I still apply for Britain’s Got Talent auditions?

Sadly, applications for Britain’s Got Talent are now closed.

The new series began recording auditions at the start of 2023 at the London Palladium and in Salford, Manchester. The filmed auditions are now being edited and the highlights will air this Spring.
