Lucien Laviscount is the talk of the town at the moment, with not one but two new roles on our screens.

The 30-year-old Burley-born actor appears in new Christmas film Your Christmas or Mine?, and he’s also set to return to Emily in Paris for its upcoming third season.

Laviscount, who reality TV fans may recognise from appearing on the eighth series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2011 alongside Kerry Katona and Jedward, has also had roles in Waterloo Road, Coronation Street and Snatch.

Here, we round up Lucien Laviscount’s top TV shows and movies - and where you might recognise him from…

1. Emily in Paris - Alfie (2021-2022)

Lucien Laviscount received worldwide attention when he joined Emily in Paris Season 2 in 2021 as Alfie, a British expat who Emily (Lily Collins) meets in French class.

A love triangle soon followed between Emily, heartthrob Alfie, and chef Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), which is set to continue into the upcoming Emily in Paris Season 3.

The British actor praised his co-star Lily Collins - the actress daughter of British musician Phil Collins - for helping him settle into the cast.

He told The Standard: “Lily is just a sweetheart. She’s got so much pressure on her shoulders. She’s producing the show, she’s in the show, she literally can’t walk down the street without being recognised.

“She treats every single person with the utmost respect and she’s got good craic. It makes it so much easier when you’ve got somebody like her leading the pack.”

Following the release of Emily in Paris Season 2 in December 2021, it debuted in the Global Netflix Top 10 and topped the list across a whopping 94 countries.

Emily in Paris Season 3 premieres on Netflix on Wednesday 21 December.

3. Snatch - Billy 'F*ckin' Ayres (2017-2018)

In 2017, Laviscount joined the TV series Snatch - based on Guy Ritchie's 2000 film of the same name - to play the role of Billy 'F*ckin' Ayres, a local half-Irish Traveller boxer and a friend of Albert (Luke Pasqualino) and Charlie (Rupert Grint).

The crime comedy-drama, which ran for two seasons on AMC in the UK, follows a group of young scammers who find themselves with a truck loaded with stolen gold bullion and are soon involved in the world of organised crime.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk at the time, Laviscount revealed that his "best mate" Luke Pasqualino shared the news with him that he'd got the role before he'd actually been told.

“I remember [Luke] called me, I was in Madrid shooting a show. [Luke] had given me the heads up I’d been booked before I even knew I’d got it,” he recalled.

“He was like ‘Bro, you’re doing Snatch? You’re doing Snatch'. And then he just put the phone down. To bring something to life with your best mate… game over.’

Laviscount was nominated for a National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for playing the role of Billy.
